Kuhnthione Inj 10V

Kuhnthione Injection 600 mg is a prescription medicine containing reduced glutathione. It is supplied as an injectable preparation with a white porous solid in a colorless, transparent vial, and is packaged as 10 vials per box. Each vial contains 600 mg of glutathione in the form of reduced L-glutathione.

This medication is indicated for the prevention of neuropathy induced by cisplatin or similar chemotherapy agents. Its antioxidant properties help protect nerve cells from chemotherapy-related toxicity.

For dosage and administration, patients with severe cases may receive 600–1200 mg per day, while those with mild symptoms or receiving maintenance therapy are typically given 300–600 mg per day. The injection may be administered either intramuscularly or by intravenous infusion, depending on clinical needs.

Kuhnthione Injection has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture and should be stored in a tightly sealed (hermetic) container at room temperature between 1 and 30 °C.
