Skin Dermal Filler carries products in stock constantly therefore we can ship your order immediately unless stated otherwise.

After your order has been checked and your account has been approved we are able to ship your order within 48 hours
In case we do not have the requested product in stock your order will be shipped with a delay of up to 10 working days unless we inform you otherwise.
Tracking
The day your order is shipped you will receive an email with all the important information including the tracking number. Thus you are able to see the status of your order from the time your order has been picked up.
Given Information
Skin Dermal Filler is not responsible for any delivery errors due to faulty contact information provided by the customer.
Pick-up
Skin Dermal Filler is unfortunately not providing any option to pick-up orders at our warehouse.
Lost Goods and delayed shipping
By European law, the maximum delivery time amounts to 60 workdays. Under normal circumstances, however deliveries take no longer than 1-9 workdays. If a package misses any scans or is delayed unreasonably we will start a case. However, we are not able to resend or refund any orders before 60 workdays are bygone.
Shipping cost
All our orders are shipped via Fedex. We offer two shipping option:

The shipping cost will be stated clearly during the checkout process. You as the importer are responsible for paying any incurring costs for local import duties or import taxes.

We have a central warehouse in Seoul, Korea. Pick & Pack and shipped from Seoul warehouse.
Logistic
We deliver by Fedex, we are committed to arranging the shipment in the same day we receive your order to deliver the package at the earliest time. It takes 3 to 6 days to receive your order in most of cases.
Payment
we accept credit cards.
Return and Refund
we guarantee you 100% return and refund in the case of you have any issue with the product. Please do not open a box and ship back to us as soon as we receive your return we will send you 100% payment back.

Custom clearance
In case of the shipment got caught at the custom and makes the shipment delay you have two options. You can claim for 100% refund or we can send you another back up shipment while the first shipment is in check.
